Therapy sessions – £45 for one hour

In therapy, I will work with you according to our agreed therapy plan. I will continue to keep notes. A course of therapy can be unpredictable and new information may come to light as we work that changes the therapy plan; we will discuss this together and make sure that the therapy matches what you want as we go along.

Specific Therapies Offered

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)Compassionate Mind Therapy (CMT)Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

At this point in time, you might not know anything about different types of therapy, and so we can discuss what therapy might work best for you when we meet.

You might have had a previous type of therapy in the past that you want to do more of, or you might want to do something different. We can talk about this when we meet and make sure that you get the therapy you want.
